These Terms of Use govern your use of Voltway ("the app"), developed by Adecrown. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

What Voltway Does

Voltway is a trip-planning tool for electric vehicle owners. It estimates driving range, suggests charging stops, and helps you plan routes based on your car's specifications and information from third-party data sources.

Important — estimates only. Range, charging time, and station availability shown in the app are estimates based on manufacturer specifications and third-party data, not guarantees. Real-world range varies with weather, driving style, terrain, and vehicle condition. Charging station data (including availability, connector types, and pricing) is sourced from Open Charge Map, a community-maintained database, and may be inaccurate or outdated. Always monitor your vehicle's actual battery level and verify station availability independently — do not rely solely on the app when deciding whether you can safely reach a destination or charging stop. We are not liable for running out of charge, being stranded, or any other consequence of relying on the app's estimates.

Accounts

You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

Subscriptions (Voltway Pro)

Voltway offers optional monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions ("Pro") that unlock additional features, billed through your Apple ID.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's App Store account settings (also reachable from Settings → Manage Subscription in the app).
Prices are as shown at the time of purchase and may change for future billing periods with notice.
No refunds are issued by us directly — refund requests are handled by Apple according to their policies.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to access other users' accounts or data, interfering with the app's operation, or using the app for any unlawful purpose.

Third-Party Data and Services

Voltway relies on third-party services (Mapbox for routing, Open Charge Map for charging station data) that we don't control. We're not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or content of this third-party data.

Intellectual Property

The app, its design, and its content (excluding third-party data) are owned by the developer. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the app itself.

Account Deletion and Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings → Delete Account), which permanently removes your data. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of route/charging estimates.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to being stranded, delayed, or incurring costs due to reliance on the app's estimates or third-party data.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
